Getting back to my story, I can't be the only one out there that got trapped on the diet of the month train, am I? Have you ever bounced around from diet-to-diet only to gain the weight back that you had lost?
It's the most frustrating thing in the world.
And it was even more frustrating for me because I kept packing on those pounds because I had Binge Eating Disorder. No matter how hard I tried to lose weight, things kept getting worse. I was trapped in a vicious cycle.

During this time I was also trying every diet I could find out there. You name it; I tried it. I started exercising, but would tire out so fast I wondered if it was even doing anything.
